There Going Wild In Ohio

Unionists and pro union supporters have gathered today in what is being called "Rally to Save Ohio's Middle Class."  Reportedly 20,000 protesters are expected to attend.  In an effort to fight opposition against collective bargaining rights, these protesters have gotten louder.  What is evident now is that what few states that have been involved, with what is at stake for their public workers has become a national debate gaining the interest of all workers country wide.

What is collective bargaining you ask?  Well lets get fancy.  It is a process of negotiations between employers and the representatives of a unit of employees aimed at reaching agreements which regulate working conditions. Collective agreements usually set out wage scales, working hours, training, health and safety, overtime, grievance, pension and rights to participate in workplace or company affairs.  This bascially accounts for any and all situations that secure rights and job security, as well as over all condition of the public workers job.

The circumstances have pitted Republicans against Democrats nationally as well.  President Obama had spoke on Monday of support for pro public workers.  Many Republicans have spoken against.

My question is how the conservative MONSTERS, ACTING IRRATIONAL, wait to the last minute to reform what they consider budgetary problems by attacking the way of laugh for the majority of unionized public workers.  Perhaps the fact that millions of dollars are pumped into this less than advantageous government would take the time to look deeper into their budgetary short falls, they could recognize its not our fault the economy is in the shitter.

LOOK AT THEM GO!
