ARTIS SPOTLIGHT: CunninLynguists

   CunninLynguists are a hip hop trio from Lexington, Kentucky and Atlanta, Georgia. Deep down, "throwed" artists, thirsty for the top spot in the industry. These guys are some real grass roots, lyric heavy monsters.  There soulful beats and powerful production add to the onslaught of creativity you experience off anything they put out.  Having toured the US and Canada, you know these guys have some clout and aren't about to let you forget that.
   Kno and Deacon the Villain are the founding and current members of CunninLynguists, featured on every album thus far since the group's inception in March 2000. At Club Kaya in Atlanta, GA at an event for the failed, Blaze Magazine, that included various members of Atlanta's own Dungeon Family; which included Cee-Lo Green.  Who is actually featured on "Caved In" off the Piece Of Strange album.
   Since they are set to release Oneirology on, March 22nd, it is so fitting I put these guys on the Monster blog for those who aren't acquainted.  For you who are, get ready for these southern boys to showcase another round of rad raps and real beats.
